History
The history of Gava International (Australia) Pty Ltd goes back to 1982, when the founder of the company, Mr Alessandro Colombini, came from Italy to settle in Australia.
After working for many years in the shipping industry, Alex Colombini opened his own Company in Sydney on 20th September 1996, in partnership with the Gava Group. Instantly the Company became part of a large professional and international network, established since 1979.
Gava International (Australia) expanded rapidly to become a "specialist" in the Italy-Australia traffic, providing fully-integrated air and sea freight services. Moving from strength to strength the Company has then spread out the activities to the development of the worldwide traffic, by offering global logistics coverage to the customers.
