The system is called “workflow management” which basically is the program and the execution of all information's that a customer will receive from us, step by step, from the moment the orders are placed to the overseas manufacturer, to the moment the goods are collected, shipped and delivered to our customer warehouse.

It is a revolutionary way of doing business which allows our customers to bring their business to another level. We developed a report system that allows to alert our customers and to focus their attention on the “exception”, rather than wasting their time on what is considered routine. Gava is taking care of the routine workflow, while we simply alert our clients on the exception, which is where they should be focusing.

Gava supply the Flow of Information's to the clients in two main ways:

• By : each client will access to our system via internet and will be free to pick up any information available, including accounting. This way of info-exchange communication is available to all business which are not so technologically advanced. There is no cost involved to our clients for this service-support.
   
• By : for those clients who have a very high level of IT knowledge and requirements, Gava is able to develop a particular interface of the software's (Gava and our clients software providers), so that we can sincronise and update all workflow of information's live and via cable.
