Italian Aviation Sector Strike
Please be advised that on Friday, 28 November 2025, a 24-hour General Strike has been called for the entire Italian aviation sector. Local truckers, airlines, and cargo handlers have informed us that this action may have a considerable impact on workflow due to the high level of worker participation.
Operational Measures:
To mitigate disruptions as much as possible, we will be closely monitoring the shipping plans for the coming weekend. Wherever possible, we will advance handovers to airports and airlines’ hubs for shipments originally scheduled for Friday, 28 November, to Thursday, 27 November. This measure aims to minimise inconveniences and reduce the impact of the strike on planned operations.
